Licence Agreement

Effective date 1 September 2026

Standard licence

Unless you have entered a separate written agreement with the developer, SkateNip is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which you can read at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

The notes below say what that means for this app in particular. Where anything here conflicts with Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement prevails.

Scope of the licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use SkateNip on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and by Apple's Family Sharing rules where they apply.

The licence covers use of the game. It does not transfer ownership of the game, its artwork, its music or its code.

In-app content

Purchased cosmetic items are licensed on the same terms as the app itself. They are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your devices. Fish tokens are an in-game convenience with no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded outside Apple's own refund process.

Maintenance and support

The developer is solely responsible for support for this app. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for it.

Third-party beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this licence and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce it against you.

Legal compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
