Using the app

SkateNip is a single-player game for iPhone and iPad. You may use it on the devices your Apple Account allows, for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

Please do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, or to submit leaderboard scores the game did not produce. The app refuses implausible results, and Apple may remove scores from Game Center.

Purchases and refunds

All purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are governed by Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the developer.

Every purchase in SkateNip is cosmetic or a progression convenience. Nothing on sale changes physics, lap times, style scores, medals or leaderboard values.

Availability

The game plays fully offline. Game Center features depend on Apple's services and on your connection, and may be unavailable at times through no fault of the app.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. The developer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.

Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country, including statutory guarantees and rights of withdrawal in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Changes

These terms may change with future releases. The effective date above will change with them.
